1. Product Life Expectancy & Limited Warranty
Amen Church Seating chairs have a suggested life expectancy of 10–20 years under moderate us. This is a non-binding estimate, not a guarantee. A limited manufacturer’s warranty of up to 5 years (per sales order) covers only verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal church use. Excluded: normal wear, fading, foam compression, corrosion, misuse, or environmental exposure. All warranty claims must follow Amen Church Seating’s inspection and reporting procedures. Customer bears all freight, handling, and logistics costs for approved claims.
2. Steel Frame Warranty (When Noted)
Frames are warranted 5 years in the U.S. and 2 years in PR, the Caribbean, and USVI for manufacturing defects in welds or steel tubing under normal use.
Excludes: bookracks, glides, caps, ganging devices, cup holders, and powder-coated finishes.
Inspection Duty:
Remedy: Amen Church Seating may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective frames. Seats/backs may be transferred by the customer to replacement frames.
3. Finish & Component Disclaimer
Minor color, pigment, or texture variations in powder coatings are normal and not defects.
Non-warranted, consumable components:
bookracks, ganging devices, cup holders, caps, glides, and finishes.
Repairs/replacements are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Foam Warranty
Foam lifespan varies 2–15 years depending on use.
Normal softening or density loss even within six months is not a defect.
Amen Church Seating provides a 2-year limited warranty for verified manufacturing defects only.
Freight, inspection, and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Upholstery Warranty
Commercial fabrics have a 12-month limited warranty for verified manufacturing defects only.

Fabric fading, tearing, or weakening due to UV, heat, humidity, or lighting is not a defect.
The church is solely responsible to:
7. Fabric Care & Cleaning
Use lukewarm water and mild dish soap; blot gently.
Do not use bleach, alcohol, solvents, sprays, or pressure washers.
Professional steam cleaning may be used at customer’s expense.
Customer assumes all responsibility for cleaning results or damage.
8. Delivery Scheduling & Customer Responsibilities
9. Transfer of Ownership, Risk, and Liability
Ownership transfers to the customer upon full payment or pickup/delivery, whichever occurs first.
All risk of loss, damage, theft, or deterioration passes at that point.
Amen Church Seating bears no responsibility once goods leave its possession.
Customers must inspect all goods at delivery/pickup. Signing without notation = full acceptance.
Buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Amen Church Seating from any claims, injury, or death resulting from loading, handling, transporting, or use of the product.
Payment or receipt constitutes the bill of sale and full acceptance of all terms and liabilities.
10. Warranty Outside Continental U.S.
All warranties apply only within the Continental U.S.
Shipments to PR, Caribbean, Central/South America, Africa, or Asia have a maximum fabric warranty of six (6) months due to climate and UV exposure.
Written verification must be obtained prior to shipment.
11. Claim Procedure
Written notice of defect must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery, or within 10 business days of discovery, whichever comes first. Failure to report within this period voids all claims.
12. General Limitations of Liability
No warranty applies to products altered, misused, stored improperly, or exposed to abnormal conditions.
Amen Church Seating’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit, not exceeding the item’s purchase price.
Under no circumstances shall Amen Church Seating be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.
