Shipping is not included unless it is specifically listed in your written quote or order. Freight depends on order quantity, destination, access conditions, timing, and current carrier rates.

Standard delivery is curbside.
The carrier transports the chairs to an accessible curbside delivery point. The church is responsible for providing sufficient people and equipment to unload unless another service is confirmed in writing.
A dock-high receiving area is recommended when available. Tell us about gates, narrow roads, limited truck access, or appointment requirements before the freight quote is finalized.

Inspect
Count the chairs and inspect for visible damage before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Document
Note visible loss or damage on the receipt, photograph it, retain packaging, and contact us promptly.
Pickup by confirmed appointment.
Pickup may be available near Houston, Texas, or Orlando, Florida. Inventory is not guaranteed at either location until your order and appointment are confirmed.
