When schedules permit, deliveries in the same general region may share transportation costs. Timing depends on route formation.
Warehouse pickup
Churches near Houston or Orlando may arrange pickup and use their own vehicle, a U-Haul, or a Penske truck.
Before delivery day
Know how the chairs will be unloaded.
Standard delivery is curbside. The driver transports the chairs, but the church provides the people and equipment needed to unload unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Rental-truck options are available nearby if your church does not own a suitable vehicle.
Orlando-area pickup
Pickup and chair viewing in the Orlando area are available by appointment and are useful for churches throughout Central Florida and nearby regions.
Give at least 24 hours’ notice so inventory, staffing, and the pickup method can be confirmed.
In-stock, in-transit, and factory lead times.
In-stock: often ready in approximately 2–3 business days after final coordination.
In-transit: typically planned around incoming inventory, often approximately 30–45 days.
Factory order: often approximately 45–60 days, but some specifications can take longer.
